“Space Pirates” seemed a good idea at the time.  Plus, Star Trek Into Darkness is coming out, and I’m super excited for that.

First OP colorspread in what, a year? Two? Certainly has been awhile.  Unlike the other ones, this one was done fully digital on Photoshop.  I tried mimicking Copic in the coloring, but it’s all digital.  All in all it was a fun experiment.

Prints of this will be available at Fanime and AX.

Recently someone asked me how they should catch up on One Piece. They said they want to watch it but they don’t mind reading it either.

Essentially the fastest way would be to read it. BUT! If you really want to watch it, or prefer watching it, then I have made a list of which arcs to read and which to watch. So that you may be able to get through it the second most fastest way! I also listed which episodes are fillers in case you want to skip them. However, the fillers are really good to watch because they are well written. But if you want to catch up in the most fastest way, then I suggest skipping them.

The file is in a PDF format, but if you would like me to send you a different format, then just ask!

Also, I highly suggest watching One Piece because the voices really add depth to the characters, and I personally believe it is more dramatic when animated. So this list will help those who really want to catch up with in a month or two months. But like I said, the most fastest way to catch up would be to read it, and then maybe watch whichever parts you want.

So give this a try if you want to catch up on One Piece!

AND PLEASE REBLOG THIS IN CASE OTHERS ARE INTERESTED IN WATCHING ONE PIECE!

I like the setting of the new arc better than Punk Hazzard (sets us in Bipolar Island, fights all occur inside laboratory u_u) but once again I have no clue where half the crew is. Also kinda bummy that Oda relegates crew members to guarding the ship so he can basically leave them out of the arc, but i guess with the Samurais and Law, it's kinda necessary to cut down on the cast

Yeah, I like the setting and the general tone of this new arc much better, too! And I agree, it’s pretty lame that a good chunk of the crew is left behind to guard the ship, but it makes sense… And I can understand that it’s tough to work with such a large main cast. I wonder if Oda will change his approach to this anytime soon.

I haven’t done a chapter review in so long!! Maybe this week I’ll try doing one!

But anyway, how do you guys like the latest arc?
